Chris' Customs LLC is committed to protecting the information you provide. To prevent unauthorized access to disclosure, to maintain accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of information, Chris' Customs has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information collected. Chris' Customs LLC uses Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. SSL encryption is designed to make information unreadable by anyone but Chris' Customs LLC. Credit card numbers are solely used only for processing payments and are not used for any other unauthorized purposes.

Terms of Service

Everything You Need to Know

Payments:

Payments made are processed immediately. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, processing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.

Chris' Customs LLC reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time. All product prices and specifications listed for sale are subject to change at any time. Chris' Customs LLC accepts all major credit cards (Except AMEX), Personal Checks, and cash (Organizational Checks for nonprofits/ 501(c)  ).

Special Orders:

Special orders require a 50% deposit. The remainder owed will be due at the time of pick up.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders placed with Chris' Customs LLC may be canceled prior to shipping. All Firearms canceled before shipping will be charged a 30% restocking fee, forfeit any shipping fees if applied, and a 2.5% service fee if a credit card was used to purchase. CUSTOMERS FURTHER AUTHORIZE AND CONSENT TO CHRIS' CUSTOMS LLC CHARGING THE BEFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER. Call Chris' Customs customer service to cancel your order. If the order has been shipped, the order may not be canceled. Please note that the return of the package will be made at the customer’s expense. Canceled orders may not be reversed. ALL cancellations are final.

Returns:

All Firearm sales are FINAL. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are NOT accepted. If a defect is discovered by the customer after shipment/ purchase, the customer must contact the manufacturer's customer services directly for replacement or repair. Chris' Customs LLC will not be responsible for the results of ordinary wear and tear, careless handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs or adjustments, improper, substandard, reloaded, or defective ammunition, corrosion, or unreasonable use. By placing an order with Chris' Customs LLC, the customer agrees to pay all restocking fees and shipping fees. CUSTOMERS FURTHER AUTHORIZE AND CONSENTS TO Chris' Customs LLC CHARGING THE BEFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER. Chris' Customs LLC has the right to dispute any bank or credit card charge backs. Chris' Customs LLC reserves the right to refuse future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card charge back following shipment. If a defect in an optic is discovered by the customer, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement or repair.

Shipping Restrictions/PO Boxes:

The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearms, accessories, and ammunition. Chris' Customs LLC abides by all Federal Regulations regarding hazardous material shipped through the United States Postal Service/ FedEx/ UPS. A hazardous material is any article or substance designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as being capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, or property during transportation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Minor Blast/Minor Projection Hazard — Ammunition

  2. Oxidizing Substances — Batteries

  3. Flammable Solids — Black Powder

  4. Flammable and combustible liquid — Cleaners, oil, and aerosol cans

If you wish to order any hazardous material, you must provide a physical address for shipment through UPS.

 

Chris' Customs LLC will not ship to the following:

  1. California without a FFL

  2. Illinois without a FOID card

  3. New York City

  4. New Jersey without FID card

  5. Washington D.C. -District of Columbia

  6. Puerto Rico

  7. Alaska (ammunition)

  8. Hawaii (ammunition)

  9. Connecticut without FID card

Pick-Ups:

It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up their merchandise promptly. The customer has 30 Days (unless communicated prior) to pick up their merchandise. After 30 days a storage fee equaling to $5.00 per day will be applied. In the event, that the customer either refuses these charges or the amount exceeds the value of the merchandise, the customer legally forfeits said item/s.

NonProfit Organizations 501 (c)  Fundraisers/ Raffles / Auctions

While Chris' Customs LLC loves to support local nonprofit organizations with our merchandise/services, it has forced us to update our policies. Often Chris' Customs LLC will offer merchandise/services at a reduced rate (case by case basis). At the same time also ensuring both parties; ourselves and the nonprofit organization; are conducting fair trade. If you represent a nonprofit organization and are interested in purchasing for a fundraiser or raffle/auction, then you must present legal documentation of the organization and/ or affiliation you represent at the time of purchase. Merchandise/services must go toward the organization's fundraiser or raffles and/ or auctions, and not to an individual looking to gain. If firearm/s are purchased, then Chris' Customs LLC reserves the right to strictly enforce the transfer of said firearm/s through our company (FFL), in compliance with Federal. State, and Local laws. The winner of prizes must be an outside person (must provide proof i.e. ticket stub)  and not an individual who represents the organization. Representatives will purchase merchandise through the organization they represent and not individually in order to receive discounts. The only authorized method of payment is cash or an organizational check. Credit or Debit cards are not authorized to avoid service fees associated with payments. If it is discovered that such merchandise/services are not used toward the Fundraiser, raffle/ auction as advertised. Or, if there is a said change to the advertisement, the representative MUST  inform Chris' Customs LLC through formal writing at the time of change. Failure to abide by these policies, the representative of said organization will forfeit all prior payments and will be responsible for the full MSRP (difference in) value of said merchandise/services. If courts should get involved, the representative of such organization will be responsible for Attorney and Legal fees. If a representative of said organization violates these policies, then Chris' Customs LLC reserves the legal right to refuse services and inform other businesses in the area to spread awareness of fraudulent behavior. By purchasing as a Representative of said organization, you are legally agreeing to these terms and giving consent to said policies.

Other Terms:

Chris' Customs LLC makes it a priority to provide accurate and up-to-date product information and specifications for items listed for sale on this website; however, errors and changes in circumstances do occur. All information is provided “As-Is.” In no event shall Chris' Customs LLC be liable for special, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from any use or performance of or content errors or omissions in the information, even if notified in advance of the potential for such damages.

All users of the information agree that access to any use of the information is subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, and such access and use is the user’s own risk. Chris' Customs LLC reserves the right to edit, change, or clarify descriptions at any time to correct errors in product listings or reflect changes in circumstance. In the event of inaccuracies in the description of an item, we reserve the right to remove the conflicting information once notified. We make no warranty on the accuracy of a product listing when a conflict in the product information is present.
